Tresemme Smooth and Silky Conditioner

Tresemme Smooth and Silky Conditioner does what I need it to do, mainly get the tangles out of my hair. I’d also like to keep my hair looking healthy. It looks okay, but I don’t notice it looking better than when I use other conditioners. The biggest drawback for me it a sort of medicinal scent. Perhaps that is to give the aura of clinical strength, but I like the scent of herbs or flowers we get with most other conditioners.

Moroccan argan oil is the latest thing in hair care. If you try it, you will understand why. It has the most luscious scent of any hair care product. The Suave Professionals Moroccan Infusion Shine Shampoo smells wonderful. I just want to pour it all on. When I’m done, my hair is shiny and healthy. There’s something about this oil that really works. Great product.

Suave Professionals Moroccan Infusion Shine Conditioner

I’m used to seeing Suave as the cheaper version of other brands. They are decent quality for less. This time, Suave really outdid itself. The whole line of Moroccan Infusion is incredible. I love the sweet, savory, nutty scent. It looks and feels rich and creamy, like something only the wealthy could afford. For now, I’m using the shampoo, conditioner, and deep conditioner as a system, and I love how it feels.

I received Twisted Peppermint Anti-Bacterial Moisturizing Hand Soap as a Christmas gift. It couldn’t get more twisted than this — a very powerful, peppermint scent with each washing. It is also a little gritty, which I read is supposed to be ”exfoliating microspheres.” I like the soap, because it is so Christmasy. Those who are sensitive to perfumes should be careful, though.

Nexxus Hydralight Weightless Moisture Conditioner

I usually smell the conditioners in the store before I buy them. If I did that with Nexxus Hydralight Conditioner, I would never have bought it. No pretty floral scent or yummy fruity aromas. It’s business only and the I’m seeing results. The first day I used it, I got my first compliment in a long while about how healthy my hair looks. It’s soft and smooth. It really does look healthy.

Tresemme Platinum Strength Deep Conditioning Treatment

I have long hair that’s relatively healthy. I don’t have two years of damage to repair and I want to keep it that way. The first time I used Tresemme Platinum Strength Deep Conditioning Treatment, I thought my hair felt heavy as I was washing it out. It didn’t have that nice, detangling feel as the water ran through it, although it did detangle. I first noticed the difference as I was blow drying it. My hair was full, soft and smooth after just one treatment. I was literally running my fingers through my hair all day just to feel it.

This really is a nice deep conditioning treatment, even if the hair is not damaged. I plan to keep using it to keep my hair at its best.

Dove Creme Body Wash, Visible Care Toning

I can’t tell if Dove Creme Body Wash actually tones my skin. My skin doesn’t really need toning, not yet. Maybe this wash will keep it that way. What I do know is the body wash lathers up very nicely and it smells good. I’m not sure of what, but it reminds me of cucumbers – fresh and clean. Nice.

Simple Hydrating Light Moisturizer

I like to slather Simple Hydrating Light Moisturizer on. It feels so good, wetter than water. How’s that for moisturizing? There’s a little alcohol in it which gives it a tingle, but it doesn’t feel drying at all. In fact, I feel moisturized all day.

The scent is light enough that I didn’t take notice of it right off. It’s just the smell of raw ingredients. They didn’t add scent to it, but it could have used some. Cucumber would have been nice, but even without added scent, this lotion’s a winner.

Dove Body Wash with Nutrium Moisture, Sensitive Skin Nourishing

I like Dove, I really do. I’ve always associated with it something pure and gentle. I was excited about Dove Body Wash with Nutrium Moisture; but this time, it missed the mark.

I know this body wash is unscented for the sensitive folks, but unscented means no added scents. That doesn’t mean I can’t smell what’s left. I wouldn’t call it odoriferous, it’s just not pleasant. After many years of bombardment by advertisements, I have come the conclusion that body washes are supposed to be pleasant.

Other than that, I do feel clean afterward, even if I don’t smell like wildflowers or strawberry banana.
